1.5. Acceptance: full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by paying for a Service.

2. Subject matter

2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with the Services the Client has chosen, and the Client pays for them on the terms of the Offer.

2.2. The composition, scope, duration and price of each Service are determined by its description on the Website at the time of payment.

2.3. Career support and packages with payment for the result (success fee) are provided on the basis of a separate written contract. In matters not regulated by such a contract, this Offer applies.

2.4. The Services are of an information and consulting nature. The Contractor is not an employment intermediary, does not conclude employment contracts on behalf of the Client and does not guarantee a job offer. The hiring decision is made by the employer.

3. Acceptance and conclusion of the contract

3.1. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Client pays for the chosen Service.

3.2. By making the payment, the Client confirms that they have read the Offer and the Privacy Policy and agree to them.

4. Procedure for providing the services

4.1. Sessions are held online at a time agreed by the Parties. The Contractor sends the meeting link no later than 2 hours before the start.

4.2. The Client may reschedule a Session by notifying the Contractor no later than 24 hours before its start. A Session may be rescheduled no more than 2 times.

4.3. If the Client does not attend a Session or is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the Session is considered held.

4.4. If the Contractor is unable to hold a Session, the Contractor offers another time. If the Client does not agree to another time, the Contractor refunds the payment for the Session that was not held.

4.5. After each Session the Contractor sends the Client a written summary with the key conclusions and the actions to take before the next meeting.

4.6. A Service is considered fully provided after the Session (Sessions) specified in the Service description has been held. If the Client has not sent written objections within 3 working days, the Service is considered accepted.

5. Price and payment

5.1. The prices of the Services are stated on the Website in US dollars as an equivalent. Payment is made in hryvnia at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day the invoice is issued, to the Contractor’s account using the details in section 13 or by another method indicated on the Website.

5.2. For non-resident Clients, payment in foreign currency using separate payment details is possible.

5.3. The Services are paid for on the basis of 100% prepayment unless a separate contract provides otherwise.

5.4. The Contractor is a single tax payer and is not a VAT payer.

  • keep the Client’s information confidential;
  • honestly inform the Client if their request is outside the Contractor’s competence.

6.2. The Contractor has the right to:

  • refuse to provide a Service if the Client’s request is outside the Contractor’s competence, with a refund of the amount paid;

8.3. In other cases, the price of the Sessions not provided is refunded, less the price of the Services already provided and the Materials already handed over.

8.4. Refunds are made within 10 working days of receiving the Client’s written request, by the same method used for the payment.
