This Policy explains which personal data is collected by sole proprietor (FOP) Kudryk Oksana Hryhorivna (the Softful Career brand, hereinafter “I” or the “Controller”), why, and how it is protected. The Policy applies to the website softfullcareer.com and to all Softful Career services. It has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for users from the EU, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data I collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, username on Telegram or other messengers.
• Professional data: CV, LinkedIn profile, work experience, education, skills, career goals.
• Job-search data: companies, openings, interview stages, feedback, offers received, current and desired salary.
• Payment data: the payer’s full name, the date and the amount of the payment. I do not receive or store bank card details.
• Technical website data: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, cookies (section 8).

3. What I use the data for

• To provide the services: run sessions, prepare the strategy, the CV and the interview preparation.
• To book meetings and send reminders about them.
• To send the free guide you subscribe to, and useful emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To conclude the contract, issue an invoice and keep the sole proprietor’s records.
• To improve the website and the services (anonymised analytics).

4. Legal grounds for processing

• your consent (forms on the website, subscription to the guides);
• the conclusion and performance of a contract with you;
• compliance with legal requirements (tax records).

5. Who the data may be shared with

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Employers and recruiters (for example, for a referral): only with your separate consent for each specific company.
Services that help me work and process data solely on my instructions:

• Google Workspace (email, documents);
• Notion (client workspaces);
• Zoom / Google Meet (sessions);
• Calendly;
• Telegram;
• JSC “UNIVERSAL BANK” (payment acceptance).

Some of these services may store data outside Ukraine, in particular in the EU and the US, in compliance with their data protection standards.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

6. How long I keep the data

• Client data: for the duration of the cooperation and 1 year after it ends, unless you ask me to delete it earlier. The exception is data that must be kept by law.
• Mailing-list data: until you unsubscribe.
• Financial documents: for as long as tax legislation requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know which of your data I process and why;
• receive a copy of your data;
• correct or update your data;
• request the deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• object to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Users from the EU: with the supervisory authority of their country.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent in the banner on the website. You can disable them in your browser settings.

9. Data protection

I restrict access to your data, use password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication, and do not publish case studies or reviews without your written consent. Case studies and reviews are published only in anonymised form or in a format agreed with you.

I may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
