What I guarantee

An honest consultant does not guarantee an offer: the decision is made by the company. But here is what I do guarantee:

  • 01

    Deadlines in the contract

A reply within 12 hours, a board for each opening within 48 hours, a summary after every session.

  • 02

    Honesty from the start

If at Career Discovery I see that I can't help, I will say so.

  • 03

    Confidentiality

Your data and the fact that you are job hunting stay between us.

  • 04

    First session risk-free

If you see no value after the first strategy session, I refund 100%.

  • 05

Extension if there is no progress

No offer after 3 months of active search? I continue the support for free. Condition: the agreements have been kept.

  • 06

    Official and transparent

We work through a registered sole proprietorship (FOP): a written agreement with the scope of work, deadlines and the obligations of both sides.

    • Contract
    • Invoice
    • Payment documents
    • Success fee — in writing only

We might not be a match if…

  • you want me to find a job without your involvement
  • you expect a guaranteed offer within a fixed number of days
  • you are looking for universal advice instead of a strategy
  • you are not ready to keep the agreements between sessions

Questions and answers

Is an offer guaranteed?

No. The decision is made by the company, not by me.

What I do guarantee, out of what depends on me: a breakdown of your profile and a strategy in the first week, preparation for every round at a specific company (according to the chosen plan), and a reply in the chat on working days. And if there is no offer after 3 months, we don’t part ways: I continue the support at no extra charge.

The guarantee works both ways: it applies if you apply and do what we agreed on.

How long does the support last?

On average 6–10 weeks from the start to a signed offer.

It goes faster when the profile is already strong and only needs to be presented properly. It takes longer when you are entering a new market or changing direction.

The support ends not with a date in the calendar, but with your offer. If the process drags on, we continue.

Do you work with the international market?

Yes, it is the larger part of my work.

Europe (EU remote and relocation), less often the US. My clients have entered the Swedish, German and Polish markets.

It is separate work, not ‘the same thing, but in English’: different expectations of a CV, a different way of talking about achievements, different search channels, different salary benchmarks. Djinni and DOU hardly work for an international search, and that is not the first thing we change.

What if I don't know yet which profession I want?

That is a normal starting point, and often the best one.

We start not with the CV but with a breakdown: you take tests, we talk about what you already know how to do, what you have been paid for, what burns you out and what you do easily without noticing. Out of this come 2–3 real directions, with market numbers, requirements and an honest assessment.

Then you choose one and we go for it. Several of my clients have changed their field completely this way.

Don’t come with a ready answer. Come with a question.

Can I start with a single consultation?

Yes.

Even one consultation is not an ‘introduction’ but work: we break down your situation and you leave with a concrete action plan. Then you decide whether you need the support.

There are also separate one-off services, for example preparation for a specific interview. You can take them individually.

Can I change the package along the way?

Yes, and it happens often.

People start with a CV review, get to the interviews and realise they need preparation for every round. Or the other way round: they solve their question quickly and don’t need the support.

Moving to a bigger package: you pay the difference.

I don’t hold anyone to commitments that aren’t working.

Do you work with students and teenagers?
Yes. It is a different direction, so it isn’t shown here, but I already have several successful cases in this area, though not commercial ones.
Do you work with companies?

Yes, where it is about people rather than closing vacancies.

What I do: preparing a team for hiring (how to run interviews, what to look at), outplacement for those being let go, and working with your company’s candidates before the final stages.

The format and the cost are individual. Write to me and we’ll discuss.

How is the cooperation formalised?
Officially, through a registered sole proprietorship (FOP): a contract with the scope of work and deadlines, an invoice, and payment documents.
Why do you take a limited number of clients?
Because support means a reply within 12 hours and preparation for every opening. To keep that level, I take up to 4 clients a month.
